Courage is contagious.

Courage is fear holding on a minute longer.

I was only shitposting earlier today when I suggested asking GA, WI, PA, and MI AGs to join Texas' lawsuit. But I commit to my shitposts, so I actually called them...

This fucking madman actually did it... I am in awe.

BillDStrong 26 points ago +26 / -0

Not the AG, but it might be even better coming from a legislature in this particular case. First, by joining on the side of Texas, it is going to be interesting for the GA AG to argue their elections were lawful and passed by the legislature.

KajensAngel 15 points ago +15 / -0

Ideally more GA legislators will step up and support him. They have another hearing at10am.

gtr1017 6 points ago +7 / -1

all the defendant states legislators need to support the suit, they are an injured party

Yup. They add real weight to this.

How the fuck can they "know it might fail" and why would they join it knowing it might fail, just to look good to a bunch of then "losers" to what seem cool???

Did you even try to think about what you were typing???

No it would seem that for whatever reasons this guy has gone against his SoS and joined the fight on our side... Yet you pansy ass clowns wanna try to turn a win into something sad... Go take that paranoid small dick energy to bed and recharge the battery, comeback bigger tomorrow

The wild card is the SCOTUS which is why God had the Devil take his pawn RBG off the table just in time to give us a Barrett to use against the demonic democrats.

And we all know in a fight against demons, you want a Barrett on your side.

https://barrett.net/

PocketPosse -4 points ago +4 / -8

This could just be like the impeachment. The Dems knew it wouldnt pass, but they did it to make it look like justice was stolen and rile up their base. I have hope, but be ready if this gets dismissed.

21
TheJimmReaper 21 points ago +22 / -1

The fuck are you talking about???

If this gets dismissed then the Constitution is null & void

There are 62 instances of precedent already set, you don't even need to go back 150 years just 20 to Bush v Gore

If this somehow gets dismissed then the United States are over... So stop being such a fucking DOOMER

13
AKviking14 13 points ago +13 / -0

Yep and then it’s on to the ammo box.

22
Wrexxis780 22 points ago +23 / -1

Joining at the last minute when it seems like that side is going to win is more cowardice than courage.

Lmfao that's actually fucked up and hilarious

4
MOABs_Of_Peace 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's always how I read leftwing lists, including boycotts. If someone is on the nice list, be wary, if someone is on the naughty list, they might be worth supporting.

They did it with 2A businesses. The nice part is the left has done the work for you finding out who actually supports the constitution and who doesn't. I don't trust their lists 100% even then so verify first, but often they give you an idea where to look.

7
MeSewCorny 7 points ago +7 / -0

Hes a senator though. He didnt have to do shit. All the other briefs have come from AGs etc. This one bypassed his governor and SoS

6
UnmaskedPatriot 6 points ago +6 / -0

Actions should mean more than intentions imho.

It almost would be nicer if the cowards would just lie down in front of the train instead of jumping on for safety.

I guess his angle would be that his state did not fully represent the people, and GA's court system failed him?

He wants to distance himself as much as possible from the voter fraud and treason he KNOWS happened.

The public defendant whose case load is so high that they're constantly on the verge of a nervous breakdown and regularly show up to court stinking of gin.

That's exactly who the dems deserve to be represented by.

2
J_Von_Random 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why do you wish the dems on that guy? Couldn't you give him a nice child molester case or something?

1
uzi5v2 1 point ago +1 / -0

AG probably? Honestly not sure all this stuff happening has my head spinning trying to keep it straight.

Actually a lot of the legislature is pissed at Kemp and SOS. Even calling for resignations. Check out the tweet from one of them. They aren’t happy with their state being made a laughingstock.

You’re awesome! I thought about doing this earlier for when SCOTUS hands it to state legislatures, but family time was more important.

I was watching OAN those morning and they said the Legislature was talking about this but want sure it was possible. Hopefully they figured it out.

Would be awesome if the AG signed on, basically suing his own SoS.

18
ConTexYankee [S] 18 points ago +18 / -0

At this point...I swear anything is possible.

Wonder if PA legislature would do the same.

Reminder to everyone: Keep contacting your elected officials. If you live in a Republican state and they have not filed their support for the case, contact your local representatives, senators, governor, and AG. If your state has already filed their support for the Texas case, email your governor and AG and thank them for their courage.
