Was just reading this interesting thread on /pol/ by a lawfag saying that all 4 states in the Texas lawsuit have to have good reason for changing their election rules without having the legislatures involved. He predicts that the states will argue "but muh pandemic blah blah emergency powers blah", but if I recall correctly, at least one of those states changed it's rules in the summer of 2019.
Typical midwit shill. No, it does not. If it was because of muh pandemic then they had months to do so legally in the legislator. 3 states did so by fiat through the secretary of state, two of which were democrats one is a RINO with -berger in his last name. The final state did so through election committee, but it's state law requires it be done through the legislator as well. They violated procedure and changed the rules, some at the last second, and have been stealing elections in this manner for decades.
The best analogy I've heard is the kid that throws shotgun to win in rock-paper-scissors then gloats about it. We need federal voter ID now.
