Was just reading this interesting thread on /pol/ by a lawfag saying that all 4 states in the Texas lawsuit have to have good reason for changing their election rules without having the legislatures involved. He predicts that the states will argue "but muh pandemic blah blah emergency powers blah", but if I recall correctly, at least one of those states changed it's rules in the summer of 2019.
