The only thing you will actually own outright is a domain and there will be no registrars that handle it. Instead it will be a system built on block chain technology that will decide who owns a domain..

I think the bigger question is how do you gracefully migrate legacy network devices out of TCP/IP and what's next?
It seems like the only way to make it actually work is to change the network topology's core communicating protocol..
That means literally having 2 separate kinds of networks.. If we're moving towards quantum computing do we really want to be operating on legacy TCP/IP networks anyway ?
