I get why there are questions; the account is brand new which looks shady. In this case, though, it was retweeted by David Shafer (GA GOP chairman), so could be legit. Also Shafer tweeted earlier that a committee from the 12th congressional district is filing a federal lawsuit against Raffensperger, so it does look like the legislature might be getting involved.
