Technically it's pee.

You see, a tranny can't make vaginal fluid due to not being a real woman. So what they do is the surgeon will make a small canal which will introduce urine inside of the flipped inside out phallus of the individual undergoing surgery. This will introduce urine into the canal. Which some may think is similar to a woman's vaginal discharge.

However it's not a woman's vaginal canal it's just a penis that's been flipped inside out. this individual is completely incapable of giving birth because they are not a real woman and will probably end up ending their lives themselves due to suicide.
