I know her background with Bush v. Gore and Scalia, and I remember another case of hers where she had a strict interpretation about exhausting all remedies before filing suit over some insurance paperwork.
But the reason I ask is because when she was being considered for nomination and was up against Lagoa for the spot, a lot of people were against her and favoring Lagoa; something to do with a corporatist background? Does that sound familiar? I'm unsure what that means exactly but I'd like to look into it further if any of you pedes know what that might have been referring to. A family history? Personal connections? Decisions favoring?
No, im not dooming. With all the legal briefs and filings ive read this month i thought why the fuck not read some more
Ballotpedia has a good write up about her and her important case logs.
That is perfect, thank you sir.
not a problem, and ballotpeida is a good resource in to other judges and politicians, just you know, use it as a started point then dig deeper, as much as they want to be neutral biases always creep in.
