RHAZ is literally an invasion of Californians, Minnesotans, Michiganders, and others, of a historically black part of Portland.

Some Californians make an outsider's satire called Portlandia and now all the crazies are invading the state.

It sucks because everything Oregonian about Oregon; the people, the history, the accent, slang, everything is disappearing in places like Portland. Outsiders run the state now.
