So Idaho's GOP is filing an Amicus brief with SCOTUS according to a statement they put out. It's looking like Georgia is trying to do the same thing.... even though it's their state that's being sued which I personally find hilarious.
What if we get the GOP in every Democrat state to file???? So SCOTUS would have some representation for all 50 states. Is this a dumb idea? How much weight would this carry?
I know that. I was referring to the briefs that the AG's in 18 states have filed with SCOTUS in support of the Texas lawsuit. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm unfamiliar with the appropriate vernacular. I'm doing my best lol
