Texas(and now other states) are saying their constitutional rights are being violated.

Here's why:

  1. We decided to create a union.

  2. "But how do we pick leaders?" someone asked.

  3. "Let's make election laws and agree to abide by them." Everyone agreed.

  4. We had an election.

  5. Texas looked at a few states and said "Hey, you counted votes in violation of the laws we agreed to!"

  6. The other states said "There was a virus so we made up our own rules."

  7. Texas(and now other states) are saying "But you have hundreds of thousands of ballots without a voter. Playing by those rules is cheating and illegal."

  8. These other states said "Our state, our rules."

  9. Texas and others said "Then let the votes be examined."

  10. Other states: "No."

  11. Texas and others: "Then our agreement means nothing."
