Yeah, she can't believe the system she's been told to use. So many routes to fraud in it, without highly detailed logging and audit, it's insane.

Yeah, it's really hard with computers to ID who is logged onto a system. I've worked as a developer, development manager and programme manager for years and I've never been able to get a log entry like that...

Joking aside, it's on purpose, no developer would not log that information unless they were told not to, even if only for helping diagnose bugs with a particular user.
