There is like 1000x more anti-tampering technology in a XBOX 360 than there is in these machines.

This is an atrocity in terms of electronic security.

Yea but the 360 is only 1/4 the cost (conservative estimate; I could see them selling those machines for $5k/pop).

They're not even sold. They're rented. The state pays 100 million for contracts and they don't even own the hardware. They fucking lease them.
