If you have windows 10, the Photo App can edit video.

• Run photo app

• Click video editor

• Start new project

• Drag video to project library box

• Drag from project library box down to storyboard

• Click on the rotate icon below the player window

• Click finish video

• Done. Took me about 20 seconds to render the video at 1080p. CPU and GPU speed are primary factors.
