my question is, how can people cover this up? i'm assuming they can print ballots to cover it up

Well this was just a small town one. The large cities like atlanta and all that have actual "Ballot Marking Devices" built into the tabulators They can stick a stack of 100 blank ballots and the machine will mark/bubble-in each ballot and drop a hard copy into the ballot dropbox
