I have a friend who refused to continue talking to me after I mentioned it today via text. She’s a lawyer and employed the “LALALALALA” defense. I just moved on with my day but I KNOW that it’s been cooking in her head since then.

Patience. The world will know soon enough

I like telling them I hope SCOTUS dismisses it so we can get to the good part.

Gotta let them know SCOTUS is saving them, not us.

Exactly my approach.

My democrat friend refuses to talk to me about it. That’s how I know this is the big kahuna.

Yes. Starting with liberals

Like many law students they miss the subtleties of arguments, which loose constructionism can entice people to do

It’s an obvious winner. Even Trump got on board.

Smh my head 🤦🏻‍♂️

"Its not that our liberal friends are ignorant. It's that they know so much, that isn't so." = Ronald Reagan

So true 🙏🏻

What's great about this lawsuit is that it's simple. There is no wiggle room about evidence or whatever.

Either states have to follow the very specific rules in the Constitution or they can do whatever the fuck they want. These states in question very publicly did not do so. Their governors mandated mail in voting and voting machines. It was never chosen by the state legislatures.

Every single one of those Justices swore an oath to defend the Constitution and I am betting at least 5 of them will remember that.

ACB nomination was yuuuuge

EvilGuy 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yeah I mean if the Constitution is meaningless why do we even need a SCOTUS? They could be putting themselves out of a job.

They better pray it doesn't because then it will be war time.

Why would anyone take advice from reddit especially on politics? Almost half of them aren't even from America, and the rest are bunch of libtards.

It’s a cringey place, but we have to get our salt from somewhere 😂

My liberal friend refuses to even listen to Trump speak. She literally has never heard one speech he’s given.

7
Kagatron [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

Very unfortunate. He’s a great speaker and all she gets are perverted quotes from MSM

I've come across people like this. Their entire view of him is shaped by 4 second clips of him saying something and then a talking head telling the viewer what to think about it.

I'd say the majority of people who have TDS are exactly in this situation. The only reason why they hate trump is because someone else told them to hate him, and it's made worse by them not investing any time into actually listening to him.

why is it doomed

It’s not. Libs are deluding themselves

Bill o'reilly thinks they will not even hear it. Along the same vein as the Pennsylvania lawsuit.

2
NighT93 2 points ago +2 / -0

Bruh, Judges haven't even viewed the evidence yet, they coping hard.

2
N900mixalot 2 points ago +2 / -0

They don't really review the "evidence," they review the argument.
