Thank you for what you do for this country. Planning on enlisting soon. I'm an ex liberal who used to be 310 lbs and am now 255 lbs. Any tips for fitness to get me ready for the military? Thank you for reading.

It begins in the mind. Make the decision.

Cut the carbs. Cut the seed oils. Cut out foods high in oxalic acids. Up your animal protein/fat intake. Lift weights Cardio.
