Texan here, I had to vote for Cornyn. The Republican alternative to Cornyn was backed by Schumer and Pelosi.....so, ya know...never.

I disagree with Cornyn, I do see the legal rationale.

Cornyn is a moderate conservative, and he knows the law. He has been around a long time. It is very disappointing he didn't throw his support in. I will never forget this.
