Like, Biden just lives in his own delusions now. You can kind of tell by looking at him. Most times, he has a blank wide eye stare. Every now and then though, his eyes narrow and you can see the old maliciousness there. It fades pretty quick, but it's there.
He probably didn't know. And he's just living in his little world where he's the President. He declined the competency test. Why? What reason could there be to decline one? Because he'd fail it?
Then again, every word out of his mouth is a lie. He's actually a decent opponent to Trump because he's so clueless and doesn't know what's happening that Trump can't get him spun up into anger by throwing shade his way.
