Yeah and we shouldnt turn to any of those anyway.
I think newsmax is suspect. They have some alright people but in general they feel like a reverse trojan horse. They will get us in and go neocon on us.
I think they knee wed never go back to the news so they came to us.
Watch for entertainment and to share clips, but remember where this revolution happened, on these boards.
How many participants were in the trials? At this point in time I'm thinking you have a higher chance of have a severe reaction to the vaccine, than you even have a chance of getting Covid, let alone dying from it.
4 people (all who got the vaccine) developed the symptom, and all had it go away after some time passed.
The weird thing with this is that not a single control group participant developed it, but that isn't necessarily unusual given the low rates of Bell's palsy in the first place (20-30 per 100,000, according to the UK equivalent of the FDA.) If that number is correct, 4 per 20,000 is right in line with the rate this happens in general.
No it isn't. First of all it is 1 in 8000 PER YEAR in the US. Over a 12 month period you would expect about about 3 people to get it. In this 3 month trial you would expect less than one person to get it.
The odds that none were from the control group is 1 in 16. the odds that 4 people got it is (just off the top of my head from a poisson distribution) probably near 1 in 8. So this is a 1 in 100 event.
According to this study 1-4 cases per 10,000 population per year is the normal range. These reported cases are on the high end of the normal range. This trial had approximately 2 cases per 10,000 and ran for 4 months. Its possible they might have ran into more cases if the trial ran longer, but we were trying to rush this vaccine so we can end these fucking shutdowns.
With your talk of statistics about the control group you're forgetting that one of the risk factors for palsy is upper respiratory infection, which this vaccine is simulating. I don't think the evidence supports the conclusion that this vaccine is more harmful than the virus, but I do think quarantining and lockdowns are more harmful than both. I don't want to take it personally but if it lets lefties get back to work and stops the fucking lockdowns we shouldn't be fighting against it.
I'm a skeptic. I checked your numbers out and you are correct. Here's the trial, total of ~44k people. And I double-checked your numbers on Bell's palsy, and yes, the occurrence in this trial looks like it's within the normal range.
Known causes of Bell's palsy? Once such cause is recent upper-respiratory infections. Based on that, and the fact that BP didn't occur in the control trial, it seems some people are responding to this as though they just caught an upper-respiratory infection, which isn't that surprising considering the vaccine is supposed to be simulating one. Without evidence to say otherwise I don't think we can conclude based on these 4 cases that this vaccine is increasing the likelihood of developing Bell's palsy compared to if you simply came down with a case of covid. It's possible these people were genetically pre-disposed. Point being: there isn't objective measurable proof that this vaccine is worse than the disease its treating. I for one support Trump in getting these out so we can get our country back to fucking normal.
That said, 4-in-20,000 is on the high end of the normal range. I still would prefer to just take my chances with the actual virus. I know of a few people that have had it and they were all totally asymptomatic (and one of them was 90 years old--no symptoms). I literally don't know of a single real person that's actually gotten sick from this virus. From a risk-reward standpoint, even if the risk from this vaccine is close to zero it doesn't make sense to take it for healthy people. The risk from the virus itself is *also *close to zero, but by not taking the vaccine you increase the likelihood that you will avoid both possibilities. If I needed this thing for work or something though, I'd probably take it.
UK regulator dismisses Bell's palsy fears over Pfizer vaccine after report reveals four cases of face paralysis in 22,000 people in the US β but the condition happens JUST as often in the general population
on the upside, it's not always permanent and antivirals seem to be a good treatment π
Page 6: "Among non-serious unsolicited adverse events, there was a numerical imbalance of four cases of Bellβs palsy in the vaccine group compared with no cases in the placebo group, though the four cases in the vaccine group do not represent a frequency above that expected in the general population."
However, is true that is normal numbers within normal population:
Page 1: "The annual incidence of Bell palsy is about 20 per 100,000, and the incidence increases with age. It is seen as often in men as in women. Those at high risk include pregnant women and people with diabetes mellitus 1 About 10% of those with Bell palsy have a family history of the condition."
The people that received the whole vaccine dosage were about 18.000 in total; 20 per 100.000 is 2 per 10.000. In 18.000 people you would expect 4 people with Bell's palsy appear randomly.
No cases in the same 18.000 placebo group is still within reasonable coincidence numbers. Is about 10% chances that no cases appear just by chance.
Yeah no side affect at all because people normally develop Bells Palsy. Just because these people developed Bells Palsy right after vaccination, doesnβt mean it was caused by the vaccine
Isn't that 20 per 100,000 over the population as a whole, not the number of people who develop it over a shortish period, such as when the trial took place?
My husband has a friend who was in the trial run of one of the vaccines. He had severe body aches for a week or two. So much pain that day to day tasks were a problem
Have fun not being able to close one of your eyes. I had this and it lasted for about two weeks. I was lucky, it has never come back, but other have it for longer and it keeps coming back. It's not fun.
Guys this is disinformation. It is a minor issue and was resolved fairly quickly. Much better than other complications with covid19, yes I have lost healthy friends to covid19 with only risk being he was slightly overweight and over 55 years age. but other than that healthy.
"These cases occurred at 3,
9, 37, and 48 days after vaccination. One case (onset at 3 days postvaccination) was reported
as resolved with sequelae within three days after onset, and the other three were reported as
continuing or resolving as of the November 14, 2020 data cut-off with ongoing durations of 10,
15, and 21 days, respectively"
So it did cause nerve damage, it just wasn't "really bad" nerve damage. No thanks, I'll pass. I'd rather have a cough for two days than half my face getting paralzyed.
That should be your choice. I agree with that. I only have 2 points.
The real information should be shared, even on legacy media.
All people should have the right to make their own decisions.
However, don't come to the hospital and infect others if you refuse the vaccine. The hospital should be reserved for people who have issues of which they did not opt into.
I agree. I feel that tax dollars(Medicare/Medicaid) should never go to help people with illness related to smoking or being overweight (diabetes2, cancer, heart disease, etc.) and I think those people should be deprioritized in hospital treatment since they opted to follow a lifestyle that leads to illness while many others did not.
at least we wont need a vaccination card. anyone with a frozen face can fly, normal faces have to drive themselves with a mask on in the car.
Jokes on you, I had a stroke!
Lol
πππππ
OANN; Newsmax; RSBN. To whom else can we turn? We need an army of citizen patriot journalists to rise to the occasion.

It's OK to listen to them, just verify anything they say.

21,720.

Hey, no big. Just a little bells palsy and a paralyzed face for an indeterminant amount of time.

Puppies, JR! PUPPIES!!! Man, pre-cucked WWE was so great...
Is this a trustable source?
As trustable as any US MSM
here's the deboonking if you want to upside down world some logic out of this:

More! Haha! Hell, BabylonBee has a better record than CNN and NBC!
Lol name even 3
Maybe ones that only report on astronomy or something?
TheDonald win is the only one.
Oan and thatβs it!
No, is not.

20 in 100.000 is the population as a whole yes. That paper that I linked about Bell's palsy is from 2005, way before corona was a thing.
My grandfather had bells palsy from an accident in surgery. I want no part of that. I'd rather take my chances.
My husband has a friend who was in the trial run of one of the vaccines. He had severe body aches for a week or two. So much pain that day to day tasks were a problem
And two more died.
LMFAO WTF!!!!!! Iβll die before I take this vaccine shit!!!!!!!
They all smile like Joe Biden now
Yeah nah. No vaccine for my fam thanks.
oh so that is what is wrong with brian kemp
Liquid ebola shots.
"Take the vaccine dopes. " - some shithead
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Shit that happens when you take a vaccine they rushed in under a year
Small price to pay to save ourselves from a slight cough. They also need to start trying lobotomies. You never know!
Looks like a stroke
this is great if you like talking like a pirate
After realizing how hideously ugly they are now, their only option is to join the pedos in Antifa
Oh... Jimmy Cagney disease. βYou dirty rat!β
My eye doctor developed Bell's Palsy but not due to the vaccine. It is not fun, i saw i firsthand. No way I want it, not even a RISK of it.
Looks like Kemp trying to smile.
Have fun not being able to close one of your eyes. I had this and it lasted for about two weeks. I was lucky, it has never come back, but other have it for longer and it keeps coming back. It's not fun.
WTF!! i am in my hole taking that medicine!!
SUGAR!!! WATER!!
FUCK THAT!!!
Bells palsy fucking sucks. Don't get these frankenshots.
