I agree. I feel that tax dollars(Medicare/Medicaid) should never go to help people with illness related to smoking or being overweight (diabetes2, cancer, heart disease, etc.) and I think those people should be deprioritized in hospital treatment since they opted to follow a lifestyle that leads to illness while many others did not.
