Walk tall, walk confident, and carry a lovely equalizer in case someone demands you back up your walk. There will always be those in better shape and better trained, but the best physical fitness in the world doesn't help much against 2 in the chest and 1 in the head.

I would definitely be carrying if I was in the US, but the gun rules in the UK are some of the most draconian in the world.

Yeah, our conservative party is totally compromised, I have no idea how we are going to recover here, which is why it's so important that the US leads the way.
