Just a friendly reminder not to get too ahead of ourselves.

SCOTUS has agreed to hear briefs from each side on the case, due at 3pm today, then they will discuss. From there, They will decide whether or not to hear the full case/evidence/etc.

It is NOT guaranteed right now that they’ll do anything at all with it after the initial briefs. Until the case has fully been accepted, State’s sending the amicus briefs like they are right now is the best form of support. No one else can actually sign onto the lawsuit yet, tho Trump has filed his intention to intervene if it is accepted by SCOTUS.

Give the legal process time to work- if you’re going to call scotus do it professionally, respectfully and nicely; we’re dealing with a different type of judge/official here.

Once again would recommend people follow the Official ALCJ channel on youtube so ya’ll can keep up on what’s going on/understand. They go live at noon every day for an hour.

Indeed , it's hard not to get caught up in the high energy but we have NO guarantee that the justices won't chicken out due to 'mu riots', 'car bombs' ..sorry i mean accidents...etc

I don’t think they’d be intimidated by the violence... i’d almost love to see the left try, and get btfo’d by SCOTUS!

Remember, four justices already voted to take the case in PA TWICE just before the election. It was a 4-4 split the first time it came up and again the second time, because ACB was barely confirmed and rightfully recused herself. They WANT to take the PA case, and this is the best vehicle for them to do so.

Both are still on the docket/the PA case is still moving forward too.

I just don’t want to count my eggs before they hatch, so gotta temper expectations a bit! Once it’s accepted then we can party!

They would be foolish to not accept it. Given that these states violated the Constitution, it SHOULD be 9-0... SHOULD be...

True, we all agree, but we shouldn’t be making assumptions! It’s also important to note that the suit does not try to force Trump into the presidency, it’s asking the legislatures the power/influence to change their electors (which will hopefully still equal a Trump presidency, or force it to Congress if the legislators can’t get their act together).

Spread the word as you can! Less confusion as to what’s going on.
