The "System" described in the patent only requires each person be assigned a unique cryptographic identification key, while the system stores the bio information to verify that the user of said key belongs to said key. That key can easily be stored on existing technology. The rest of the system would be no different than china's social credit score.
It is beyond ignorant to claim that this could not be done with current technology.
That's a very silly argument that distorts the original issue entirely. The system will first be used at checkpoints, not necessarily a realtime global tracking system. They don't need to track you 24/7 to be able to track you any time you interact with the system.
They can already track you 24/7 with a smart phone. Once in place this identification system would know what smart phone to track you with. You should also look into remote rfid readers. A handheld one can read from quite a distance, this is only limited by the power and sensitivity of the reader.

The original issue was misinformed and/or misrepresented. As several people have now shown, the link from 666 to the vaccine is in the tracking system they are trying to implement along side the vax.
I outlined this for you and your only claim against it was that such a system somehow isn't possible with existing technology and is therefore meaningless. I have now outlined the technology does exist, so this entire trail of reason is now broken and you should just accept that people have done exactly what you asked, showed you that the link between the vaccine and the number 666 not only exists, but offers a direct pathway to "No one will be able to buy or sell without it."
