Become the religion of peace within yourself first, question what is fed to you by others, why do they preach what they preach? Research the parallels between the original bible and the Koran and the teaching of the Budda. As long as your personal convictions about your faith don't conflict with the Constitution, then stick around, we'd love to have you. There's a verse in the Bible that calls for the killing of Babylonian babies. I don't think I'm a bad Christian just because I'm not killing Iraqi children. It seems a mistake to me that the abrahamic religions don't stand together against the heathen horde. They are the true infidels.
I spent 2 years patrolling the streets and villages in Iraq. I drank hundreds of glasses of chai with 100's of families.
Here's my takeaway - The patriarchs were all God fearing people, intelligent, wise men who were thrust into a war they didn't want, and just wanted a chance to live and take care of their families.

Most of Syria's problems were fueled and funded by the Obama administration and I pray it will come to light eventually.
