Ron White was my favorite of the Blue Collar crew because he crafted a story with each of his bits.
The closest thing he had to a catchphrase was “They call me Tater Salad” and that was part of a 10 minute bit instead of a random non-sequitur like “Git R Dun”
Hfe’s a riot. As far as the rest of that troupe—I don’t always need my comedy/entertainment to be sophisticated. I just need it to be clever, and enjoyable. They made me laugh. I take a trip each Christmas time to Branson—Capital of Corny Jokes and Hillbilly Country costumes. They ask Veterans to stand up and be applauded at every show, don’t hurt anyone, praise God and America, and it’s just kind of nice for a few days to be around.
Picked up a blazeTV subscription last night.
Try Chad Prather’s show. He’s like based Ron White. If you don’t find Ron White entertaining, never mind. 😎
