This is actually pretty big.

Normally you don't get to present evidence in an appeal.

The media is basically alternating between smug and REEE so I'm having trouble finding what if anything is actually going on here. The previous WI State SC result basically required Trump to refile in a lower court... I'm not sure what happened after that. If the lower court yeeted it out without an evidentiary hearing, then this (if it happened) could be either the WI State SC sending it back to the lower court with "goddamn it, do your fucking jobs", or just a "fuck it, I guess we'll do it at the State SC level".

The latter of course was what Trump originally asked for; having dutifully tried to go through the lower court path, the WI State SC might now be giving Team Trump what they originally wanted.

I wonder what the found in this machines?? Wasn't that Wisconsin that they did the forensic investigation on those machines?? Could that be part of the case maybe?

0
deleted 0 points ago +1 / -1
1
Weallseethetruth 1 point ago +1 / -0

That didn't answer my question at all ..... Do you know if that forensic investigation on those 21 machines they got ahold of will be part of it???

1
Dogpile1 1 point ago +1 / -0

They did talk about it but there is some kind of seal on what they found...however the lawyer noted to the Judge that the "glitch was not a glitch as you know." He also noted they were going to file 2 cases on the findings of the team and the Judge seemed aware of what he was talking about.

2
Weallseethetruth 2 points ago +2 / -0

Aaahhhhh so we can't fucking see what they found dammit???? I was so waiting for that!! ... Where did you find all that info?

1
Dogpile1 1 point ago +1 / -0

I watched the hearing. They openly talked about it but wouldn't get into the specifics other the the 6,000 vote "glitch" and then they confirmed they had found many other problems. He specifically said the "glitch" was not a glitch and the judge seems very aware that. We will get to see it. It seemed like the info would be filed pretty soon. Day or 2.

RU_joe_king 0 points ago +1 / -1

you're thinking of the machines in Michigan

1
Weallseethetruth 1 point ago +1 / -0

Was it Michigan that they took like 21 to look into?? Any idea what happened with it

0
RU_joe_king 0 points ago +1 / -1 (edited)

I was thinking it was 22 machines. They didn't 'take' them, they spent all day Sunday (at Antrim County, MI) to run their forensics, and I think the results are under a court gag order.

1
Marshall2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Typically, appeals courts remand a case back to the lower court to hear evidence rather than hear it themselves. The ruling generally informs the lower court that they should do something like hearing a case or excluding evidence found to be in error in the initial decision.

Decisions can bounce up and down the courts like a yo-yo.

-2
deleted -2 points ago +1 / -3
1
Marshall2 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was trying to explain how a State SC could remand to a lower court for evidentiary hearing leading to confusion about it hearing evidence. I'm not trying to jump on people who simply misunderstand what's going on.

I do not KNOW whether this is what was done or not and apparently neither do you since you offer no information other than calling it BS.

2
130EE 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think the WI Supreme Court said in its decision that they would retain some sort of supervisory jurisdiction over the Circuit Court case (since it will come back up them eventually, was the reasoning)

1
Marshall2 1 point ago +1 / -0

That sounds like something which could cause the confusion.

Kindly disagree. They have presented a logical argument of choices. The question is what makes sense and is likely to be true based on the current information we have. Current information from what I gather: this tweet, no other sources, a previous ruling and no information from WI SC website. Unless that information is incorrect, their conclusion makes by far the most sense aka fantasy.

I don’t know Wisconsin’s are pretty stiff in the backbone and kind of nerdy rule keepers.

16
NealKenneth 16 points ago +16 / -0

Wisconsin is a unique state.

Most states are either totally red or all red except for one county. Illinois has Chicago, Minnesota has the Twin Cities, Michigan has Detroit, Nevada has Las Vegas etc. But for Wisconsin, it has two blue strongholds - Madison and Milwaukee - and yet somehow it's still a swing state.

The politics of the state are total chaos and impossible to predict. It had a headline-making conservative governor (Scott Walker) during the same years it voted in Obama twice.

Without fraud, I'm sure it would just be red though.

15
TrustTheTruth 15 points ago +15 / -0

Wisconsin is the model state using COVID and rigged elections as the test state for ElectionGuard and Microsoft. This is why Nancy Pelosi said “no pressure, it’s all riding on Wisconsin, no pressure.”

Brad Smith is from Racine, Wisconsin (Pau Ryan’s district) and is the key advisor to Gates, Zuckberg and global elites using COVID and elections to forge the Great Reset.

They used Wisconsin as the test for Brad Smith’s ElectionGuard program in connection with Dominion used in his hometown of Racine, VotingWorks, the Defending Democracy Project,, Center for American Progress, CTCL that provided illegal funding to select corrupt cities including Racine, and other groups involved. They also work with corrupt professional sports groups including Caron Butler of Racine and LeBron James, and the NFL, NHL and others.

Racine, Wisconsin is the “Root” and model for the real Agenda. It is connected with Weill Cornell (Finger Lakes tattoo on Hunter Biden’s back) where Joe Biden made his important speech there the same year as the largest donation in the history of the school was given from Racine, Wisconsin. The NXIVM doctor’s family lives in Racine, and power players including Anthony Weiner connected with the Knights of Pythias (Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, Robert Byrd, Jeff Epstein), Knights of Malta, Pilgrims Society, Atlantic Council, Trilateral Commission and other groups.

Wisconsin has given unlimited power to Racine for the experimental community health, education and policing programs enabled with a corrupt and rigged billion dollar referendum endorsed in a “highly unusual move” by Joe Biden directly related to “the most over-arching COVID order or ordinance in the nation”.

Even in cases where the Supreme Court rules one way, Racine is openly defying their orders with the unlimited and unchecked powers of corrupt officials and a health department. What is the Mason Lab experiment with the corrupt mayor’s brother and Weill Cornell?

Expose Brad Smith and the real “root” and model for Agenda 2030, and Bellwether of America - Paul Ryan’s district of Racine, Wisconsin.

Thanks, pede! - Although I almost choked to death on the legal language, lol.

Next question: Anyone know if WI has actually kept record of all said ballots to be swept up in this? I know Georgia employed a shredder and maybe a woodchipper along with wiping all the machines to "prepare" for run-off - or did that get stopped?

2
deleted 2 points ago +2 / -0
4
OrangeElvis 4 points ago +4 / -0

Lol - yeah, GA was supposed to keep theirs for 22 months... Shredders go "brrrrr"...

2
Marshall2 2 points ago +2 / -0 (edited)

Relief is to nullify the UNCONSTITUTIONAL Elections which would likely send the Electoral delegate selection. They could simply punt and rubber stamp the fraud or behave like patriots. But we only need to keep the BIDEN electors from achieving 270 to get the election to the House.

It's still an uncertain prospect.

I was responding about the Texas case and see this is a thread about Wisconsin.

Sorry for any confusion.

ACB but don’t get too excited because her family is beholden to the Racine Dominicans and SIENA. The Root and model must be exposed for the World to Know The Truth - Racine, Wisconsin. Investigate and expose Brad Smith from Racine, the key advisor to all global elites regarding COVID and elections.

WI Supreme Court is 4-3 Republican. In Oct 2020, they voted 4-3 to prohibit Gov and Sec of State from expanding voting rules due to COVID. SCOTUS upheld that ruling 5-3 by Roberts voting with the righteous! Barret had not yet joined the court.

2
doodaddy 2 points ago +2 / -0

When you find a handful of fraudulent ballots, maybe it's incompetence. When you find 1000, an inquiry is needed even if it can't flip the election. You gotta get rid of the fraud.

When 200,000 are found?!?!
