Thomas Jefferson said we have the OBLIGATION, not just the right.

We don't need a new Constitution, we just need our elected representatives to start adhering to it. That seems to be the tough part.

I agree, but the government doesn't follow the Constitution, so the government has to go.

The government is a massive entity on every level, growing every hour like a tumor. I don't think it's not the Constitution that's the problem, though. It's the people in power abusing us and taking away our rights.

What would getting rid of the govt or replacing it with a better one look like to you, or what would you change? Can we borrow HRC's reset button, dissolve all the entities and just start with the Constitution anew? :) Genuinely curious.

Honestly, the best way forward is for us to have as peaceful a split in this country as possible. The Communists can align with China and we can have our "free" states.

The Texas lawsuit yesterday was a HUGE step in the right direction. If the SCOTUS allows the fraud, then we can refuse to accept their judgment and we will end up following a path of massive civil disobediance, eventually leading to secession.

If that's the case, then we can "start from zero" and all is well. Our own "Great Reset".

If we do overturn the fraud, it gets a lot messier, of course. We need to crunch the budgets of Federal and State government budgets post haste, immediately after passing huge voter reforms and Voter ID to prevent this fraud happening again. Until we've cut the cancer of fraud out of our body politic, changes are pointless.

Trump is the savior of "our" country because I think he has the power to rid the GOP of the RINOs and move towards much smaller governments in the future. Whether that's in a "United" States of America or a "Free" States of America is up to others.

I still disagree about pursuit of happiness, should've been property, but kind of hard to say, we are going to defend property during a war.

I think the pursuit of happiness is all encompassing for tangible and intangible things we cherish, it's not just property we want to defend

Why on earth do you think that monopolies and robber barons should have been enshrined in the Constitution? If "Pursuit of property" was a Right the country would have collapsed a long time ago.

If property had been insisted upon at the time, we would not exist as a nation because the southern states would never have joined in.
