I still disagree about pursuit of happiness, should've been property, but kind of hard to say, we are going to defend property during a war.

I think the pursuit of happiness is all encompassing for tangible and intangible things we cherish, it's not just property we want to defend

Why on earth do you think that monopolies and robber barons should have been enshrined in the Constitution? If "Pursuit of property" was a Right the country would have collapsed a long time ago.

What makes you think I am a libertarian, I just like property and think that pursuit of happiness is a bit wishy-washy. I think the libertarians can suck a dick as they have no moral foundation and a lot of their economic policies rely on a perfect set of rules.

If property had been insisted upon at the time, we would not exist as a nation because the southern states would never have joined in.
