The Kraken's were dismissed under technicalities. They simply cannot get to an evidentiary hearing so they are dead in the water. Regardless those were never the true path of victory as they were simply there to keep the election fraud in the news cycle.

I believe SCOTUS will hear the TX suit and rule in favor. It's a fairly cut and dry constitutional argument.

There is still the marshal law option. If you notice there is a news drip of CCP corruption in our government this last week. That is intended to put into the new cycle that the election was interfered with by the CCP validating a military response. (Insurrection act, Marshal Law, etc)
