The Kraken cases are more criminal and honestly need way more time to develop the data and people involved. It’s better she takes more time to make the kill shot.
Rushing it was needed but, nobody wanted to touch it because of what it would do. Now with the states vs states case at SCOTUS, she can focus on slivering the goods when the data is right and sink the whole boat.
