Remember, the states have less than 3 days to file their response to a lawsuit that is more than 100 pages long with 1000 pages of supporting docs. The culprits need to do more than answer, they need to invent an excuse, a cover for the deeds and in such short time, that may be impossible. Remember, HC told them not to worry. Dominion said it was Guaranteed. The guilty never expected to see this day. They never saw the setup. They are caught red handed.

There are a few inaccuracies in this post.
The case going before SCOTUS has nothing to do with Sidney Powell's cases or Dominion Fraud.
The Texas lawsuit is about the fact that 4 states (GA, WI, MI, & PA) all violated their constitutions by changing their election laws unconstitutionally. They did it through the judicial branches and/or the executive branches with lawsuits and executive mandates/orders. To legally change these laws, they needed to go through the legislative branches. They broke their own election laws. So other states that followed the rules had voters disenfranchised.
The states also have standing on the fact that the Vice President resides over the Senate and is the tie breaker, so they have a vested interest in who the VP is and whether he/she was legally elected.
Fox News was not a plan. Fox News is now owned and run by liberal swine. (I'm not saying every news anchor is, but the company as a whole is). This was them getting too impatient with slowly brainwashing people, so they jumped the shark on election night and threw in with the rest of MSM. The writing was on the wall with this for quite a while.

No, it does have to do with all the issues and mentions them (read the lawsuit). They arent suing dominion, but they are suing because of all the issues mentioned (read Trump’s intervening suit). It is all part of the Texas claim that their state was injured by the actions of the defendant states.

This makes sense as an administrative limitation of the system. It has the ability to flip an election by 100%, but will only move by 3% so they don't get caught. Trump's victory was unexpected by EVERYONE because they thought 3% swing would be enough.
I firmly believe that Dominion 'failed' the DNC in 2016, and was told to remove or increase the 3% safeguard. This combined with the mail in ballot fuckery made the fraud way more obvious.
I believe the Dominion counts were going to expose the vote shifting because of the massive DJT ballots coming in. Since Dominion can not create more ballots, "they" had to call a stop count and order up some bogus Biden votes as a frantic last ditch effort to rebalance the tally. It was just too much and too late to escape detection. Dominion machines screwed them again.
