I did see a video follow up on the Ware County thing and they said that it was not true, the people doing the investigation said this, but that the hand recount found that the flipped votes for Trump in the small audit matched the 26% lead that Biden had taken in other counties saying that it seemed to suggest that a 26% fix was set but the forensics still needed to be investigated on the machine itself.
You are mostly correct, except that it was a 0.26% flip, not 26%. Also, there was no machine confiscated and analyzed. It was all based on the hand recount data. Voter GA is the source of that information.
