I don't think SCOTUS will grant that kind of relief. Word on the street is they may (if they decide to hear the case) deem the pre election changes these states employed unconstitutional. Which then forces special sessions with those states to reseat electors..OR they may be deem the election illegitimate in those states handing the vote to congress.
