Don't shoot me down for asking this, but could the SC argue that Republicans had equal opportunity to take advantage of the illegally changed rules and thus cannot show how they were disadvantaged?

If the laws weren't followed the election certifications are fraudulent Thus the lwgislature must choose tge electors. The legislature is the will of the people. It does not matter who wins an election that is invalid. That said democrats were forcefully removed by Republicans.

Doesn't the constitution already give the responsibility to choose the electors to the legislature?
