Well we'll find out soon, won't we. Speculation isn't reliable at this point.

I personally don’t think scotus wants to choose a president. But I believ th y can’t see this fraud and allow it to stand.

Perhaps they will (God willing) erase the certified “results” from the fraudulent states in this case & leave it up to the states’ electors to choose the rightful winner in each state.

That’s just my thought

That's what I'm saying. I don't think they want to choose a president. I think if anything they are gonna let either the state electors to choose for PA,MI,WI,GA or it'll go to house of delegations to choose the president.

Yup. Let’s hope they at least do this though & don’t just say it’s not our problem to fix this mess

Very, if SCOTUS doesn’t rule in favor of the constitution, the SC will basically be saying that the document that gives the SC existence and all the authority they have is a worthless piece of paper that means nothing.

Their easiest path that sustains the rule of law in the Texas case:

Invalidate the certified elections because those defendant states deliberately violated their own laws.

Require each state's legislature to convene, and appoint their own electors, or send no electors. Per their unquestionable constitutional authority and duty.

However, there are multiple other cases pending or about to be appealed, so that could affect the ultimate outcome.

Fuck if anyone knows exactly what they'll do. The political implications are enormous, so I expect they'll take the easiest way out that they can.

yes, they are wrong about that.

Anything can happen. I think the evidence is pretty blunt. If they do decide to rule against us, then they are willfully turning a blind eye to corruption.

I think there is CLEAR unconstitutional election rule changes made by State executives and courts where they had absolutely no authority whatsoever to do so. It is the absolute most air tight charge leveled against the States by Texas. I also believe there is a very legitimate breach of the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. I can’t see the SCOTUS ignoring these elements.

That would be an even worse place to leave things than taking a definitive stand with the law. Pretty hard to validate the complaint then ask the People to just live with it.

It's not about scotus changing the election, it's about giving the state legislatures back their constitutional power. When the state legislators have regained that power then they can change the outcome of the election by sending the electors of their choice. The smart thing at that point would be for the legislators to simply not send electors. If neither party has enough delegates it'll fall into the hands of Congress which they control but we have controlling interest.

Honestly if i was one of the people in the supreme court that sounds like a good and safe idea. Give the power to the state legislators and let them deal with it. If they decide to give it to Trump, Trump gets it. If they decide to give it to Biden, Biden gets it. If they can't decide they don't give there electors and that's it. If they don't have enough then the delegates choice who is president. This is the safest and easiest path the Supreme Court can take.

If they don't do anything, then the states with Texas and trump supporters are gonna be very made and might start a fight or something. But if they just give Trump the win the Democrat's are gonna be made.( Though I don't think they got the man power to do a lot).

Anyway if anything, i see this being the path the Supreme court takes. I say this because they followed the law and Constitution and they didn't change the presidential election because that's the states legislatures fault then.

Without getting into hours of detail...both sides can quote precident for the arguement. I Highly doubt SCOTUS will not take case. I Highly suspect they will drop the hammer and do whats right ...law has been clearly violated there is no debate of the facts. SCOTUS will find the remedy texas asks for very tolerable...send the power back to the states after being directed as to what was legal and what was illegal.
