Texas lawsuit has nothing to do with fraud proof. The laws/rules themselves, they were done is unconstitutional.

Every moron dem from the random guy on the street to the shills in highest offices of government feels that refusing to look at evidence is the same as "disproving" it.

It's a follow-on fallacy to the broader teaching that there is no such thing as "objective truth" which is itself just a faux intellectual justification of the concept of magical thinking.

In other words, they have the reasoning capabilities of a three year old wearing the costume of a respectable college professor.
