The lawsuit, as I understand it, alleges the 4 states unconstitutionally changed election rules and is asking the state legislatures choose the president. Almost of them are low energy Democrats, right?

True. Even every contested State on election night was in Republican control. Only Nevada had a Democrat legislature.
