I live in Idaho and I've been contacting all of my representatives non-stop trying to get them to sign on to this lawsuit.
The senators assistant has gotten to know my name and she literally just hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I wasn't being rude but I was being forceful about the way that I feel and the fact that we need a response.
I have every right to speak with my representative and they aren't listening to us. It's been 3 days now with no response from anybody but our legislature.
I think letters carry more weight then phone calls, and personal visits carry more weight than letters. If it's possible for you, try to go to their local office.

No curse words, just not keeping secrets that we need a response. I was very respectful, but clear on my feelings.
If you can't get the message through using the office line a call to the senators house line or cell phone tends to get the job done.
They have better things to do than save our country. Makes sense

Well, some good news then, the GOP of Idaho just went arount the obstructing Attorney General, and filed the AMICUS brief to join the Texas suit.
