Now 6 states, including mine, have filed motions to intervene and become plaintiffs along with TX. Meanwhile the PA AG files reply motion which basically says "Na Uhh", "They're Mean", They Can's Sue Us. Is that basically a summary of where everything stands. permalink save report block reply ▲ 1 ▼ – DLane1 1 point 73 days ago +1 / -0 Don't see how the Supreme Court can say that the election is uncontested and avoid pushing the vote to Congress. permalink save report block reply ▲ 1 ▼ – deleted 1 point 73 days ago +1 / -0 ▲ 1 ▼ – deleted 1 point 73 days ago +1 / -0 ▲ 1 ▼ – tz365 [S] 1 point 73 days ago +1 / -0 Yeah I was confused it says request for plaintiffs/defendents. but its worded favorably for the plaintiffs and in the senate document it states the plaintiffs were notified but not the defendents. the link is to the house document heres the senate one. https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/22O155/163372/20201210143813616_PA%20Senate%20Amicus%20Brief%20Main%20Document.pdf permalink parent save report block reply
