Half our legislature is fighting like hell for us, the rest are in hiding or fighting against us. Our SoS and AG are staying as absent as they can and our governor is an asshat. Our judges are against us, par for the course.
I would guess our AG is hoping filing in support of Texas will draw attention away from the rampant fraud and other local issues for a while. I wish to hell Texas had found grounds to sue us too, within the scope of their suit.
