Lol, Pennsylvania implies that Texas is asking the court to “anoint” Trump as opposed to just mandate a remedy such as a revote or legislative appointment of electors.
It’s exactly what Texas is not asking for. Pennsylvania is making the argument that Texas has no standing, their claims of have no merit, and the court has no reason to take the case. Texas on the other hand is just making an elegant constitutional claim that is pretty undeniable and asking for a revote or similar. Pennsylvania is completely misrepresenting the core requested remedies of the suit lol
Pennsylvania is actually stating that there was fraud without seeming to realize it when they talk about mail-in ballots having to be returned by 8:00p on Election Day. Or ballots having to be requested by October 27th. Both of these policies were provably violated and they’re a part of their counter argument. This is unbelievable.
