A lot has happened in the last hour. This particular one isnt the entirety of the MI and PA legislator, but the PA house, senate, speaker of the house and speaker of the senate did file their own Amici Curiae. heres a list of everything that was recently filed. https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22o155.html

I came on here to say this. Really their only out is to ignore it because the argument is beautiful. Too big to ignore now.

Intervention means they join the suit as a co-plaintiff. The Amicus Curiae just means they support taking the case or support the case. That is how I understand it. I am not a lawyer.
