Ok PA has filed their response...I just checked Pathetic I’m reading now Everything is baseless and fraud is disproven...well, helllo - this isn’t a fraud case Their response is pretty lame. They are putting all their support on the fact that their pinko courts rejected all of the fraud claims. And they are also claiming that the legislature can’t change the state constitution under Article I of the Elections Clause. So far, they aren’t putting very much on what TX case is actually about They claim there is zero merit to compare the turnout for Hildebeast to turnout for Biden. That zero comparison can be done to show how improbable the results are They don't come out and say that SCOTUS doesn't have jurisdiction in the case (because they can't 🤣🤣🤣) but they try hard to say that scotus should reserve itself for super special cases 🤣😂🤣 They say that if scotus takes the case, this type of case will crowd the courts docket every 4 years 🤣😂🤣 And that states had to make changes bc of the Covid This is weak Pa says that Tx is trying to give the election to Trump. That Tx is asking the court to overthrow an election But that’s actually NOT what the TX case asserts They are completely relying on their biased lib court rejections in PA as to why the TX case should be void But none of those court rejections were based on fact evidence-evidence was never allowed to be presented They say that the fact that TX waited til now to file shows they just don’t like the results They say that the PA sup court said it doesn’t matter if poll watchers could see anything-they were allowed in the room so that point is moot 🤣 Bottom line they are saying that the Constitution does not allow the legislature to override things in the PA State Constitution They are saying that the legislature does not have the power to do anything more than dictate the manner in which elections are conducted I think this is pretty weak bc the Kelly case is exactly about how the state legislature passed law without following state Constitutional guidelines- and the Gov and SOS adopted that ACT77 without the required process via their state Constitution
