The response PA gave is pathetic, "They are Republicans don't believe them and yeah we broke our rules and the constitution, so what?"

The people who are actually professionals at writing legal documents certainly weren't in the room when that was finalized. Hell, they probably aren't even in the country.

I was surprised they started out with "in a nutshell..." These people really are the lazy, condescending pieces of shit we've always known them to be.

My making the stupid claim in a SCOTUS document "there is no evidence of fraud" you give TX and POTUS legal grounds to PRESENT EVIDENCE. they are very dumb

  1. even if they win they will never be able to heal the "divide" that they created also instead of easing people's doubts by showing them that they care about voting integrity they avoid doing so by any means.

  2. this confirms directly (not indirectly anymore) that they stand against the constitution as it was written.

  3. if they lose 1 and 2 will still be valid.

Have you seen the cuck governors of those states? Tim Walz, I'm not even sure he is a "he" because he certainly doesn't act or talk like one.

It's retarded to join a "defendant." Think about it this way... supposed you were in a fight and hurt. So, you sue the person who sucker punched you. Would somebody else come along and be like "know what, I think you should sue me too because I want to support the guy who punched you".

It doesn't make the defendants case stronger, it just allows putting the blame on more people.

Maybe I'm wrong... but that's how I see it. Retarded to accept to be a defendant in a case if you are not listed.

This is the judicial equivalent of civil war. Very tame but telling.

A 19 vs 4 state battle is one thing, a 45 state battle or whatever it is at this point is impossible to ignore. How could SCOTUS possibly not hear the case?

This is another in a long series of legal absurdity being taken seriously by people who definitely should know better.

Examples include the Obergefell decision, the “impeachment” of Pres.Trump, and the prosecution of Gen. Flynn.

RussianAgent13 2 points ago +2 / -0

The impeachment was a joke but it got dangerously close to serious thanks to that traitor Romney.

3
WU_HAN_FRU 3 points ago +3 / -0

It was based on absolutely nothing. No one alleged any crime or misdemeanor on Trump's part.

I'm blanking right now; why is it a trap for them?

13
Buck_oh_five 13 points ago +13 / -0

It’s gonna be hard for SCOTUS to punt on a case now with half the country suing the other half.

2
OhTrumpieOne 2 points ago +2 / -0

hmmm i wonder - do you think their intention was to make it harder for SCOTUS to take it up? like make it look like, to the blue states, that SCOTUS agrees with red states. then they can say the court has been politicized when they lose. doesn't matter if it's total BS, right? all about the optics...

By joining the defendants, they validated the suit

Anyone find it curious how all the blue states submitted at the same time?
