rape is bad

however being falsely accused of rape is worse

this is not a good ruling from the court

I've seen men's reputations and livelihood destroyed over mere accusations.

Lets get some crying wolf laws on the books and then mayne we can discuss extending no statute of limitations to both.

Yes they did, until they fix the laws around false rape accusations ALL rape accusations should be suspect

to be charged all that is required is allegation. UCMJ is a bit different than common law.

Suppose 30 years later someone accuses you of rape. Now what?

That is what this ruling allows.

You will get dragged thru the mud. Yes, in the end evidence may set you free, but you've been brutalized by the military court system all along the way. Or better yet, your case is tried in civilian courts. Now you are really getting hammered.

This is a bad ruling

you are smelling what I'm cooking

rape is bad

falsely accusing someone 30 years after the fact, not good

This is a bad decision by the court and no doubt politically motivated.

Hmmm, did a Hunter victim recently accuse him from his Navy days?
