This sounds like a liberal with no law degree and TDS wrote this. So much bias and accusatory speech. What a fabulous counter argument (from their perspective.) And mine, I’m sure this will convince ACB and Alito to take up the case, lest states start telling the SCOTUS what they can or cant do.
