The legislators are the ones given the power in the constitution to make election laws. The states' governors and SOS changed their election laws in these 4 states without the approval of the legislators in these states. TX is suing the 4 states, and the legislators in PA are piling on saying, yes, they were bypassed in the election law changes. This is what I've gathered and, hopefully, my summation is correct. If not, someone help a pede out and correct me!
I don't quite understand this. Republicans are already majority in these states. Don't join a lawsuit. Just select the electors yourself if you believe your state's election has too many problems.
These guys motioning to intervene is big because THEY are the ones that were supposed to make the laws that were unlawfully changed in this case.
Sorry, but this is really confusing.
WTF? PA and MI legislators are now Plantiffs; but PA and MI are also Defendants? Huh? Is Schrodinger's cat also somehow involved?
Please help.

Not necessarily, I fear they may cower out if they get threatened/blackmailed hard enough. And that's the sad part...
Yes! MI state doing something right for a change.

Thatβs what Jenna and Rudy told them all along....but they kept fighting it.
They donβt want to take the political risk and would rather he Supreme Court tell them what to do
Should we be concentrating on getting legislators from all 50 states to join in?
There are legislatures joining in on a few of them. 105 US representatives as well.

Talk about a house divided. This is like watching Ouroboros eating it's own ass - VERY ENTERTAINING, EXCITING AND HOPEFUL!
