They probably can not force them to pick certain ejectors, but they can nullify their federal election because they did so in violation of the constitution.

"Fraud vitiates everything"...Absolutely, the election can be nullified. It's been done for local races. This should be no different.

I raise you Idaho's AG who refuses to join the Texas lawsuit because "the challenge, the office contends, conflicts with state sovereignty over election protocols." Bold move considering his base.

He wants the court to rule on voting law changes, but if they find that the election was completely mismanaged he thinks it shouldn't change the outcome. He apparently thinks states are free to be as fraudulent as they want with national elections.
