Pa in particular is really troublesome to me because anywhere more than like 20 miles outside of center city is extreme MAGA country. And even just 5 miles or so outside of center city it’s pretty evenly divided- but we’re supposed to believe pa is blue and suburbs closer to the city like delco voted 70% for Biden. And suburbs like Chester county that encompass huge swaths of MAGA country voted (what was it?) 60% for Biden. It’s laughable. I wonder if there is a premise under which residents of counties that are now known to have taken large sums of Zuckerberg money could sue.

You're wrong. Go 2 miles outside Pittsburgh, it is MAGA country, not evenly divided.

Your larger point stands!

5 miles out of Philly can still be pretty solid blue though, depending on what direction you go.

Like if you head towards China Town, for example?

Kek.

Like towards the Delaware River?

SomeGuyOnTheInternet 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sadly, the river is blue, better than the Schuylkill though, that's brown.

If it wasn't for Philadelphia and fraud, we'd be clearly red just like Ohio.

Chester county Pede here. I completely agree. Philly and Pittsburg have destroyed us for my whole life of 38 years. Only reason Wolf and this supreme court got in was because of their crap and fraud.

Mr.GoodWrench 13 points ago +13 / -0

All of the above happened here in Michigan also. We currently have many individual Citizen suits in many different stages of Courts.

I live in DELCO. My town is red. We even have red cop cars!! I watched a Trump car parade go down my street for like 10 minutes before the election. DELCO cheated!

Maybe there is a voter’s rights organization there that you could reach out to who have lawyers on staff. I’d think that a case like that would at least get a look.

Filthy Philly has crawled into Chester County... Lancaster County is a bulwark for that creeping pile of shit.

3
Infinite_Oreos 3 points ago +3 / -0

NJ pede here and considering a move to Chester County. My wife and I will do our best to fight back 🤜🏻

AnthraciteCracker 3 points ago +3 / -0

You are welcome in Lancaster any day Patriot! Not far of a commute to Chester - then you can home to Red country.

Wasn't there already a suit and your supreme court ruled it was ok to change the rules?

Yes. The voters in every county of PA weren't treated the same as Philly and Allegheny. Violation of amendment 14 equal treatment under the law.

2
TheTudes 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don’t know but could your county join the TX suit?

2
WindyCityBluez 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep!!! Then the cuck state judges will say they can't rule on a federal election. Cuck federal judge will say he can't rule on state elections. This whole process has proved that america needs AI to be judges. Too much bias in the system.

I like the way you think!

1
Briben 1 point ago +1 / -0

Its not a bad idea as one county has as much right as another to make an equal protection argument on behalf of their voters as against an unequal application of voting laws by another county that both disadvantaged their voters by not giving extra rights, like the right to cure a spoiled ballot, but also by inviting fraud which dilutes the vote. If a county board of elections and mayor were so inclined they could make some forceful arguments.

Yes.

1
Pedict 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but the PA Supreme court is Demcong.....so

1

Hahah according to your AG's response, in this event the only party that could be sued is the individual county limiting rights. Moreover, the only possibly plaintiffs would be the residents of said county. Thus, if the county next to yours prints out 100,000 votes, the only people who could sue would be the residents therein. And when the local judge says "laches, bitches" it is all over.

Inb4 2022 rural counties all submit 20,000,000 votes for whoever they want with 99.5% margins of victory, then immediately certify.

The problem is this will go to the state court, not the federal court. We all know the state court is cucked.... so it won’t go anywhere sadly.

1
DarkStarr 1 point ago +1 / -0

your county could have before certification. I don't think the PA courts will accept a new suit now (laches is the legal term).

1
Ivleeeg 1 point ago +1 / -0

YES, you can sue them under the equal protection clause.

1
pepperconchobhar 1 point ago +1 / -0

Short answer, YES. They didn't follow the laws, but you did. Therefore their votes should not count.

FreeNow 1 point ago +1 / -0

Civil rights issue. The dead in your county should have the same right to vote as the dead in Philly. Maybe they could order all disqualified ballots in the other counties be counted...I wonder what the number would be? Probably not enough to make up for the Philly fakes though.

1
Liver_Kick 1 point ago +1 / -0

PA is full of people who support 2A but vote for whoever their union bosses tell them to.

2
HighHorseDrifter 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is true but and i know a few of them. But in this election overwhelmingly most Union friends I have broke away and voted Trump. This election was stolen from us in PA. I even know Democrats who openly voted Trump due to the damage Biden would do to PA. Even the liberal Post Gazette was supporting Republican canidates and that NEVER happens.

But i will admit i do still know a couple of those holdouts you mention. I laugh because they are the same people who bitch and whine the most at taxes on their rifles and magazines. Mainly becausr they dont even realize what they are voting for.

1
Teddycheong 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes!!! Sue them.

Sounds like bush v gore, to me. Some people’s ballots were counted differently. Equal protection clause.

1

Absolutely, and they should.
