Seems pretty clear that if you're fighting the auditing of something, which should give the exact same results, you're probably guilty.

Definitely an important point. Also worth noting is that Texas is not asking for SCOTUS to elect Trump. They’re basically asking SCOTUS to provide relief in the form of a revote in the defendant states due to rampant fraud.

I mean, he is going to be arrested based on everything else meaning he won’t be able to. However the result of this case would be a revote most likely because it would balance disenfranchisement and justice in the court’s eyes (my assumption).

I don't think there should be a revote. President Trump won all of those states. Simply count the legal, verifiable votes and he wins easily in every case.
